Our sponsorship packages provide unique opportunities with top marketing and advertising professionals in South Florida. AMA South Florida, the market’s leading advertising and marketing professional organization, connects with thousands of the marketing industry’s top professionals in advertising, public relations, direct marketing, market research, sales promotion, brand management, marketing education, etc.

Base Annual Sponsorship Benefits

  • Recognition on CHAPTER web rotation of sponsors with “logo”, “tag line” and a “URL” link to the sponsor’s website
  • Recognition at regular events and SIGS events throughout the year with logo on standing banner that surrounds the stage
  • Recognition at all events as annual sponsor on a looped flash presentation running on the screen before each event starts
  • Recognition as annual sponsor in ads negotiated to specifically recognize annual sponsors (e.g. Business magazine, newspaper, Chapter magazine, etc.) – number and frequency vary per year
  • Intermittent podium recognition throughout the year at events
  • Complimentary invite to annual Christmas party – as thanks and opportunity to build connections with others directly involved with CHAPTER

Recognition of sponsor in specific area that sponsor is contributing (Value: varies depending on area, distribution, hits, etc.)

  • Web sponsor – sponsor recognized specifically on web
  • E-blast sponsor – sponsor recognized on eblasts
  • Printer – sponsor recognized on item(s) printed
  • Signage – signage sponsor recognized on signs printed

Regular Events & SIGS Event Benefits Available to Annual Sponsors

  • Sponsorship Shrine: Opportunity for showcasing sponsor collateral at all regular events and SIGS events, in a designated area for featuring sponsors.  Materials will be stored at the CHAPTER office and brought out and displayed at each event on behalf of the sponsor
  • Goodie Bag Item:  SCHWAG included at 1 to 3 events (Key account sponsorship director to confirm with event director which events have goodie bags planned and it is important to note that these items must be NON-PAPER, corporate promotion or gift items only – all collateral will be displayed on the table and not in bags)
  • Draw prize giveaway/Business card names: opportunity at an appropriate event with gift provided by sponsor for a minimum $250 value.   The gift must be “suitable for the event theme” and not have any conflict with the primary cash sponsor of that event.   In return, sponsor receives podium recognition during the prize draw; noted as “contributing sponsor” to the event on flash presentation at event; noted as “contributing sponsor” on web for that event; and the ability to have access to business cards collected from that event.   Due to privacy it will be advertised that by submitting a business card that this information would be given out to the sponsor.

Affinity Program

  • Invite to participate in CHAPTER affinity program:  The objective is to link sponsors and members and have members receive exclusive benefits they would not experience otherwise and to provide sponsors with an opportunity to make a special offer to members and increase their business.  The CHAPTER will in turn promote the offer OR program through: (a) a web page outlining the affinity program and ALL offers; (b) event announcements; (c) hand outs at various events, in membership kits, and in member prospect kits; (d) program brochure; (e) CHAPTER magazine
  • Brochure will be created to outline the affinity program.  Only “sample” offers will be included in the brochure itself with a call to action to the website for all offers.  It will be considered a $2,000 valued benefit to be included in the affinity brochure as one of the sample offerings
  • If affinity partner only, also given option for displaying collateral at sponsorship shrine along with annual and event specific sponsors

Sponsor Advertisements

  • CHAPTER magazine quarter, half or full page ads (Fall and Spring hard copy editions)
  • E-CHAPTER magazine editorial (4 copies per year – limits on number of submissions to be set by CHAPTER magazine editor)
  • E-CHAPTER magazine logo recognition of annual sponsors
  • 1/3rd column in Business magazine “Ask an Expert” (limited number of approximately 3 available each year – it should be recognized that publication also has right to bump CHAPTER if space is required and would be rebooked) – before offering as benefit must be confirmed with communication director
  • Table topper recognition – tent table toppers are displayed at events featuring the event calendar, highlights, etc.  Possible to have a “KEY ANNUAL” sponsor featured on table topper
  • Ability to post job opportunities on the CHAPTER website

Other Specialized benefits

  • Right of first refusal for event specific type sponsorship (should be discussed with event sponsor for opportunities)
  • Included in Regular Programming Title (e.g. SPONSOR NAME/CHAPTER NAME Speaker Series)
  • Other specialized benefits can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis (featured on name tags, providing logo branded feedback boxes for survey collection, etc.)

  • Name and/or logo as event sponsor on e-blasts while advertising the event
  • Name mention and/or logo as event sponsor on CHAPTER website with click through to sponsor website while advertising the event
  • On-site recognition
  • Name and/or logo recognition on looping flash presentation
  • Podium acknowledgement
  • Business card names provided to those providing draw prizes
  • Sponsorship Shrine: Opportunity for showcasing sponsor collateral on table designated for featuring sponsors.
  • Goodie Bag Item:  SCHWAG included in goodie bag – NON-PAPER, corporate promotion or gift items only

Top Level Sponsors Benefits

  • All benefits above PLUS
  • Option to place an item at each place setting
  • Have goodie bag branding of sponsor company
  • Logo on key promotion pieces for the event, as available (limited to top sponsors)
  • DM piece distributed to over 3000 people
  • Advertisements
  • Press release
  • Ability to have own signage and banner at the event
  • Sign at entrance of event featuring top sponsor
  • Introduction of the event speaker
  • Sponsor booth at event

Cost: Cash sponsorships start at $1,000

The partner agrees to:

  • Offer special discount to CHAPTER members that they would not otherwise receive (e.g. 20% off of Theatre tickets)
  • Sign a 2-3 year commitment
  • Establish in coordination with CHAPTER a process for identifying CHAPTER members and tracking usage of offer
  • Contribute $750 CASH or $1,500 in gifts, products or services in exchange for the benefits

Benefits to Affinity Partner
